Naruto deals a final Rasengan to Pain, defeating him, and then heads out to find Nagato. Meanwhile, Sakura heals Hinata and they are all informed of Naruto's victory through Katsuyu. Shikaku and Inoichi try to stop Naruto from confronting Nagato on his own, but eventually they give in, and allow Naruto to do what he pleases. He confronts Nagato, angered, but, believing in Jiraiya's wishes for peace, doesn't attack him. Nagato then asks Naruto if he can truly believe in what Jiraiya had said after all that has happened.
